I am in Shkoder, Albania!

The best part of flying business class is when the flight attendant pulls that thin magical curtain to keep the economy class folks from knowing what it happening up front. There were only two of us and 10 other empty seats.

Never knew Albania had such lovely mountains.

I took a picture of this building because there was an awesome church right next door but I couldn’t take a photo of it and meant to go look it up.

This is the famous Rozafa Castle which I’m supposed to go see but I think this is as close as I’ll get. I’ve seen a ton of YouTube videos on it and it doesn’t seem that impressive. Besides, it’s too damn hot to go climbing up a mountain!

Between the flight and two hour plane ride and two hour taxi drive, I was beat. Went and bought some pasta to cook because it’s too damn hot to eat out on a restaurant patio.

After dinner, I went for a little walk around the block.

I think this is the old town area, has lots of restaurants and shops. I’ll go explore later, it was too damn hot to be walking around.
