Tbilisi – Day 5

Today was all about Georgian cooking and eating. I arrived at the cooking class early 12 pm instead of 1 pm. The chef told me I was the only one that signed up for the class so it would be a one-to-one session. The class/meal included a starter salad.

The class course were two of Georgia’s iconic dishes: khinkali and khachapuri. Everything was made from scratch.
