Tibilisi – Day 7

Went to grab a quick breafast at McDonalds for my day trip and this is what I had to navigate.

But finally got to an incredible destination, David Gareji Monestary. It is a monastery carved into the rock .

It overlooks the rainbow mountains.

The interior of the church, also carved out of rock.

We headed back and stopped at a place that makes churchkhela. The are nuts on a string coated with grape jelly then dried.

I made my own.

Then it was time to head back. It was a good trip.
