Tirana – Day 2

Today was all about the cooking class. It started at 11 am and finished at 2:30 pm. Lots of fun cooking local Albanian dishes and they were all incredible. Of course, local fresh ingredients is the key.

Byrek – Amazing crust stuffed with tomato, onion and seasonings.

Village Chicken with crumbled bread. Fabulous crispy chicken.

Desert cookie – I ended up losing my cookie. I bought some stuff at the mall and put the cookie in it then went to climb the Tirana pyramid. I put the bag down to take pictures then left the bag on the bench. Fortunately, I took the stuff I bought and put it in my pocket so I didn’t lose the valuable stuff just the cookie. It was a 1000 calorie cookie so I really didn’t want to eat it anyway.

Walked home after the mall and found some interesting art.
